Job Opening: Coding Instructor
We're currently hiring in-person Coding Instructors to teach students in grades K–8. Earn up to $50 per hour* while inspiring young learners through coding, LEGO® robotics, video game design, and other STEM activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach engaging after-school coding and STEM classes using our lesson plans.
- Create a fun, positive, and interactive learning environment.
- Teach at our partner schools and community locations.
- Communicate regularly with the CodeAdvantage management team.
- Encourage students to learn, create, and have fun.
Requirements
- Experience working with children or a genuine enthusiasm for helping kids learn.
- Willingness to learn kid-friendly programming platforms. Experience with Scratch Jr., Scratch, Roblox Studio, or Minecraft is a plus but not required.
- Responsible, organized, and able to travel to assigned after-school locations.
- Teachers, substitute teachers, college students, graduate students, gamers, and other enthusiastic applicants are encouraged to apply.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $20+ per hour.
- Earn additional compensation based on experience, class size, and seniority.
- Mileage, parking, and tolls are reimbursed for instructors who transport required class equipment, such as laptops, LEGO® kits, and other teaching materials, to their classes.
- Paid training provided.
