What is the difference between Minecraft Club, Minecraft Java Mods, and Minecraft Modding: Java?

Kids really love Minecraft! We do too! It can be a wonderful teaching tool that allows kids to explore, learn, and bring their imagination to life!

In Minecraft Club (1^st-3^rd), the kids are learning principles of creative game design. They build various worlds and projects to flex their creativity and critical thinking skills.

In Minecraft Java Mods (3^rd-5^th), students use a “drag and drop” interface to creates mods and mini-games using the Java programming language.

In Minecraft Modding: Java (5^th-8^th), kids will be learning Java programming fundamentals while creating code that allows them to build various mods!
